It was supposed to be "observation" lesson. The Principal, Mrs Irene Chee was scheduled to come in and observe my class. I prepared a practical lesson as requested by the Principal. It so happen to coincide with my lesson anyway. It was the last of a series of experiments on the factors affecting rate of enzyme reaction. She was late. There was only 2 minutes left of the period. However, she managed to discuss the activity of the day and asked some very petinent questions on the concept of enzymes. I hope the students did learn something - bottom line.
